Personal information
Privacy policy
This page explains the data used when you visit easyjob.cm or chat with the EasyJob assistant to prepare a CV.
Version dated September 29, 2026
1. Operator and contact
EasyJob, BP 2513, Douala, Cameroon, offers the CV service available through this website and WhatsApp at +237 657 37 18 08. For questions about your data, write to the bot and ask to speak with the team.
2. Data we handle
- Your WhatsApp identifier and display name, messages, and the CV information you choose to share, such as work history, education, skills, and contact details.
- Files sent in chat, including documents, voice notes, and photos; transcripts of voice notes and, if requested, images used to make a portrait.
- Drafts, approvals, generated PDF and Word files, and messages about your order and manual payment verification.
- Technical data needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP addresses and request logs that service providers may record.
The marketing site is static. EasyJob has not added customer accounts, forms, analytics, or advertising pixels to it. WhatsApp’s own rules also apply to your use of its platform.
3. How we use the data
We use this information to conduct the chat, prepare and correct the CV, offer an optional portrait, have a person verify payment, deliver files, and answer requests. Information needed to operate and secure the service may also be processed for those purposes. We do not publish your CV on this website.
4. Services and people with access
Messages pass through WhatsApp. The application, conversations, customer index, and files use Cloudflare infrastructure (Workers, Durable Objects, D1, and R2). Conversation content needed by the assistant is sent to its model; voice notes and photos selected for a portrait are processed by OpenAI. Authorized EasyJob operators can view the customer record through a dashboard protected by Cloudflare Access, including to verify payment and help the customer. The application’s renderer creates the files. These services may process data outside Cameroon.
5. Retention and download links
A signed download link expires after 14 days. Its expiry does not itself delete the stored document or the conversation. The application does not currently define an automatic customer data deletion schedule. You can ask us to review or delete your data by writing to the bot.
6. Your choices and rights
You choose what to send, and portraits are optional. You may request access to, correction or deletion of, or restrictions on your data, object to certain processing, or request portability where those rights apply. Contact the team through WhatsApp to make a request. If you share someone else’s information, make sure you have the right to do so. Processing a minor’s data may require the consent of a legal representative.
7. Changes
We will update this page if the service or its practices change. The version date above will show the latest revision.
